Will this event go ahead if COVID-19 restrictions are back in place?
Under current NSW Health guidelines, the Evolution Ball will proceed. Any future restrictions or new COVID-19 information will be communicated with guests.
I have purchased tickets but no longer wish to attend, can I get a refund?
Refunds will be issued up until 4 weeks out from the event. No refunds will be issued within 4 weeks of the event.

I would like a company invoice to pay instead of booking online. Is this possible?
If you are a company who would prefer to pay via an invoice simply email fundraising-gala@CareFlight.org with your request accompanied by:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Email Address
- Contact Number
- Business Address
- Sponsorship/number of tickets or tables
You can also call 0488 135 524, with the above details for an invoice to be generated and sent through.
I am unable to attend, can I send someone in my place?
To make changes to your ticket purchase please either log into you account by clicking the log in button in the top right hand corner of this page then amending the details on the ticket. Or you can email fundraising-gala@CareFlight.org with your information and the information of the person who is attending in your place.
I am unable to attend but would like to be a part of the event, is there a way I can support the Evolution Ball?

What are the payment options on the night?
We are able to accept cash and will have EFTPOS terminals available for debit or credit card payments.
All purchases must be paid for at the event.
Where do I park?
Valet parking is available at the Four Seasons. There is also a Secure Parking station located next door and behind the Four Seasons, Sydney.
Is there accommodation available?
The Four Seasons Sydney has newly renovated rooms available on site. Simply click here to make a booking.
I have a dietary requirement, how can I let you know?
If you or a guest has a dietary requirement you can let us know by:
- Logging into your account and amending you ticket purchase.
- Emailing fundraising-gala@CareFlight.org. OR;
- include it in the notes of your ticket purchase.
What is the dress code?
Dress code is Black-Tie formal.
How long does the evening go for?
The CareFlight Evolution Gala Ball will have an arrival time of 5:45pm for a 6pm start, running until midnight.
